Sabrina Griffith, SHRM-CP

Sabrina Griffith is the director of student care and advocacy for the University of Tampa. Sabrina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Tampa and a master’s degree from The University of South Florida in sociology. Sabrina is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a DiversityFIRST™ Certified Diversity Professional (CDP). With more than ten years as a diversity and inclusion practitioner, Sabrina facilitates training and educational sessions on topics including gender, sexuality, LGBTQ+ allyship, bias, race, colorism, and classism to name a few. Sabrina lends her knowledge to various community and professional groups including serving as an Advisory Board member for the Florida Diversity Council Tampa Bay Chapter and chair of the Hillsborough County Diversity Advisory Council. She is also the principal in Griffith Consulting LLC., and her motto is “Encouraging Inclusion is the Solution!”
